Positive: La ubicación es genial. Pleno centro y todos los servicios muy próximos. Las camas son cómodas y el apartamento en general es muy amplio y preparado para grupos grandes. Negative: La limpieza NO es el punto fuerte de este apartamento y las puertas se cierran con tal fuerza que son capaces de lesionar a cualquiera.

Your support made the stay much easier and enjoyable. Also, I must say the location of the accommodation is truly great—very lively and convenient. As my feedback is intended purely for improvement, I would like to kindly share a few points that I hope you may consider to make the place even better: 1. Security: During weekends there tends to be quite a lot of disturbance, and on four occasions someone even attempted to open our apartment door. Having stricter building policies or enhanced security measures could help prevent such issues. 2. Bathroom noise: The bathroom system produces a very loud sound when in use; an update could help make it less disruptive. 3. Insects: Occasionally, insects seeking warmth entered the apartment. Installing mesh screens behind the windows could prevent this. 4. Main entrance: The main building door once stopped closing properly, which raised security concerns. Regular maintenance—or a temporary reception desk—could greatly support overall safety. 5. Facilities: There was no ironing table available, which would have been very useful. 6. Internet coverage: Wi-Fi signal inside the inner rooms was almost nonexistent. Improving coverage would make a big difference. 7. Bedroom doors: The doors are quite heavy and close very quickly. This could cause accidental injury if someone isn’t paying attention. 8. Cleaning policy: The guidelines on waste disposal were unclear (e.g., when exactly rubbish bags can be left outside). Clearer instructions would be helpful. 9. Rain leakage: During rainfall, there was some water leakage that could be addressed. 10. Peephole for the door: Installing a peephole in the apartment doors would provide residents with an additional sense of safety and reassurance. 11.

Great location and extremely good value for money when all you need is a solid ‘base camp’. Positive: Great location, great value for money, worked for our mixed group of 9 who were attending the Test match at Trent Bridge. Negative: Very small piece of feedback from the females in the party who would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms for when getting ready to go out.
